Mental, physical and emotional health as one. Here is the breakdown of what you may receive as a part of your Self-Care Program. We are focused on the restoration of health so the process we use is very individual but brings about the same result. A lifestyle that supports the health of the individual and their potential.

 

The environment of Health

This is the end goal of Self-Care. It is the place where our actions, thoughts, and feelings are in balance with our ability and potential. We know it is when we overexert ourselves that injury happens. This can be physically mentally or emotionally. when we are in this environment we are well aware of the impact of the actions we take and what is needed to take on a challenge. We meet it with internal resources or know in what area we need support to then take on the challenge.

(In short, the problem is never the problem but our solution shows where we are lacking physically, mentally, or emotionally and this lacking causes injury.)

The philosophy of the Perfect Exercise

The perfect exercise is a mixture of mental physical and emotional information that restores how a person navigates health.

When the way of navigating health leads to an end outcome that is not supportive of health this means information is missing from the solution process.

A mixture of the missing mental, physical and emotional information is needed. You can see here the application of the perfect exercise is to balance out the previous mixture.

The end outcome is the ability to meet life’s challenges with internal resources without compromising health.
