The GOLDEN rule of Self-Care?

The number one thing to consider when thinking about physical Self-Care, emotional Self-Care, mental Self-Care, men’s Self-Care, and women’s Self-Care is how your daily decisions affect you mental, emotional, and physical health. Your body keeps a daily record of your decisions and you see or experience the physical equivalent of these decisions in terms of the negation of health.

The majority of the time that we experience physical discomfort is due to us blocking out the mental or emotional portion of any given challenge. Our bodies are very integrated and aware of all sides of its experiences, and it’s a good time for us to realize that we can’t just follow a one-sided approach to our own health. We should include in our health and fitness programs the well-rounded sides of Self-Care.
